Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and include all original packaging.
Products that are stained, folded, have broken seals, or damaged packaging may not be accepted.
If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange.
Custom or personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items that cannot be returned include:

Incorrectly purchased items
Products damaged through misuse or neglect

Defective products will receive a full refund or replacement.
For non-defective returns, refunds will exclude any original shipping or handling fees.

All refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
